Our company started in 2013 with Tim Tam, the owner of the company. He retired early and decided he needed to keep himself busy. Having just come from a large-volume builder for over 20 years, he decided to start the company by buying and flipping homes all under the radar. Today, he has consulted, built, and completed almost 30 single-family and 7 multi-family projects, totalling nearly 70 housing units. In 2019, his son, Ted with a decade of experience in construction and leaving a large-volume builder himself, decided he could pursue this and grow the company. Hence the name, Tamson.

The Tamson Team has over 60 years of combined experience in the world of real estate development. We specialize in full-service single and multi-family residential, and commercial projects. We do our own projects and are just as happy taking on new clients to help guide them through the building process because let’s face it, building from the ground up can be daunting at the best of times.
