This was also a referral, and the purchaser came to us after having bought an 80 acre parcel of land backing onto kanaskis country. They were relocating from Ontario to be closer to their family, and this home according to them will be the home where the spend the rest of their retirement lives. We wanted to maximize the views to the west and also take advantage of the natural slopes which posed their own unique challenges from infrastructure to drainage to retainment.
