This project was also a referral, the customer wanted to find an inner city parcel of land that had a large backyard with maximum exposure, the only problem was the home was too small for them to grow into, previously it was a 1000 sq.ft bungalow and we added an additional 800 sq.ft with an extension to the front of the house. We were able to reuse and reclaim some of the old cladding they had to create feature walls and ceilings.
