Our customer approached us with the desire initially to build a custom infill, however as they looked around the city, nothing seemed to fit within their budget. So we decided to think outside the box and renovate an existing house, after months of tirelessly looking with their realtor and online, they found the perfect location and lot in Lakeview. They didn’t have all of the funds initially required, so again we worked with our brokerage team to get them financing on the construction. The problem from a construction standpoint was they wanted a lot in smaller space, so we had to get creative and move some things around to get what they want ultimately they were very happy with the layout and design.
