Our customer came to us and wanted to maximize their budget and also take advantage of the incredible view. Tamson purchased the lot from another builder, and we were able to get them almost 3000 sq.ft of developed upper floor space over 3 levels. It was an ambitious build designed to maximize the bylaw/zoning allowances.
